The location was perfect, as it was near to places I could walk to, but it was not noisy. I loved that the hotel had a restaurant in the basement, which made it so convenient for me to grab a delicious meal without having to go far. Plus, being down the hills provided breathtaking views of the city. Another great thing was that it was very close to the El Peral funicular, which made exploring the surrounding areas super easy.
I highly recommend this place to all my family and friends. They will definitely enjoy the amazing location, excellent service, and luxurious amenities.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Valparaiso. The staff went above and beyond to meet my needs, ensuring I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The room was charming and comfortable, with a breathtaking view of the bay. I especially loved the balcony up top where I could relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. The hotel's location was perfect - near to places I could walk to, but not noisy, and conveniently close to a funicular that took me down to sea level. Additionally, being right next to a lovely museum in an old palace added to the hotel's charm and uniqueness. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and offered a good selection of options to start my day off right.

This hotel was a highlight of our city break! The location was excellent, with breathtaking views of the sea and close to iconic landmarks. The refurbished rooms were large and comfortable, with the terrace offering stunning panoramic views. We particularly enjoyed the spa's small pool and wood-fired hot tub, as well as the friendly and professional staff. Breakfast was a treat, with a wide selection on offer.
Our room was subject to some noise from the bustling city, which disrupted our sleep. the lack of air conditioning made the warm weather uncomfortable to sleep in, despite the fan provided.
